POLISH APPLICATION
At the project’s outset, your vessel undergoes a thorough water wash and drying process. Damaged areas are meticulously repaired using specialized gelcoat putty. Following this, a sequence of wet sanding is performed using grits ranging from 220 to 3000. Subsequently, a layer of 3M heavy-cut compound is meticulously applied to restore the surface. Fine and heavy mix polishing follows suit. Finally, after a meticulous waxing and polishing process, the project concludes, leaving your vessel refreshed and protected.
TOPCOAT APPLICATION
Our topcoat application is the final step in achieving a flawless finish for your boat’s exterior. This meticulous process enhances both protection and aesthetics, creating a durable shield against environmental elements while giving your vessel a polished and captivating appearance. Whether you’re seeking a renewed look or extended preservation, our topcoat application ensures your boat stands out on the water.
FIBER LAYUP
Our composite fiber layup process begins with the application of a fairing compound for precise shaping, followed by meticulous leveling. Fiberglass layers ranging from 225 to 1200 gsm are then strategically added, with the option for custom layering. We use trusted brands like Jotun or ARC, pairing them with epoxy resin for a robust bond. A final step involves using a roller to eliminate air pockets, ensuring a flawless outcome.
SANDBLASTING RUST REMOVAL APPLICATION
Our process begins with equipment protection and masking. High-pressure water cleansing is followed by tailored grit application using precision sandblasting. After addressing any metallurgical needs, surfaces receive successive paint coats for a lasting, polished finish.
TEAK REPAIR AND SIKAFLEX APPLICATION
Our Teak Repair and Sikaflex Application involve meticulous techniques to restore and enhance the beauty of teak surfaces.
